Submission Deadline: Completed application forms must be returned to the Holstein Branch office by December 6th 2010. Successful applicants will agree to pay a nominal non-refundable individual participant fee of $500, over and above Branch and National program sponsorship. Note: Attendees must be 19-29 years of age by April 30, 2011. |
